If a motor vehicle record report prepared through VettClear contains information about you that you believe is wrong or incomplete, you can dispute it here. You can also request a copy of the information we hold about you. Both are free — this page never sells or shows reports.

What do you need?

Your full name

As it appears on your driver's license — it is how your case is matched.

How can we reach you?

A mailing address, email, or phone number — whichever you prefer we use.

Report or case reference (if you have one)

Optional — for example a reference from a letter you received. It helps us find the right report faster.

What is wrong or incomplete?

Please do not include your Social Security number — it is not needed. Any SSN or license-number patterns are removed automatically before your submission is stored.
